Self Enhancement, Inc (SEI) is dedicated to guiding underserved youth to realize their full potential. Working with schools, families, and partner community organizations, SEI provides support, guidance, and opportunities to achieve personal and academic success. SEI brings hope to individual young people and enhances the quality of community life.
Services
This program provides employment services and comprehensive social services to people who receive welfare but want to get off welfare. Our program helps them do so through Jobs Opportunities Basic Skills (JOBS) Plus, a subsidized work program. Participants are traditionally underserved job seekers from diverse backgrounds. They receive comprehensive employment training tailored to their individual needs, including job search assistance/placement and tuition assistance.
